Challenge: Design, build and develop a market launch strategy for the popular Cincinnati brand as it began expansion across the region.
Work: Manage internal and external teams, design, budgets, timing, PR strategy and the moving components associated with launching a multi-million dollar restaurant concept.
Results: Successfully opened 4 new restaurants and remodeled original location while growing revenue more than 3x.
