Challenge: Expand the service offering of the underground, traditionally nighttime venue to attract and capatilize on the local corporate community.
Approach: Subtle adjustments were made to the lighting, sound and decor of the space to create a brighter and fresher feel. We leveraged a combination of digital, PR, grass roots and outdoor media to drive traffic.
Result: The introduction of the new meal period successfully increased monthly revenue and profitably added to annual bottom-line growth.
