Challenge: Gillette Venus innovated their way into a messy shelf and the brand was losing share in the highly competitive category.
Work: Global market research focusing on product benefits allowed our internal team and agency partner to leverage insights to organize the entire brand at shelf creating an easier and more defined shopping experience.
Result: More than 5 years later the brand design and architecture still maintains shelf share, has Gillette continuing to lead the category and has proven versatile enough to house new product launches.
