Challenge: Transition brand from startup MVP into a more mature product offering and positioning, helping define the market space while building a high performance team for B2B lead generation, customer experience, sales enablement and product training.
Insight: The market is eager for technology that can save time and help with the implementation of safety programs in high productivity ops environments. The appetite within businesses to improve safety culture and better care for their people is significant. Environmental Health and Safety managers are our core audience with a need to prove the ROI to operations partners and senior leaders.
Result: The newly envisioned brand better represented the mission driven, human-centric values the company represented and resonated with the market. The team assembled was able to deliver 5x year over year growth in traffic with an average of 20 qualified leads per month while helping the sales organization close 10% of leads to net new customers.
